Please allow 2-4 days for processing/shipping all orders. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays.
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your order has shipped, USPS is solely responsible for delivery. Walter Mitty has no control over nor any responsibility for any packages once they have left our facility.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees and fees for future shipments ($7.50 for USPS Priority). It is the customers responsibility to file any claims with USPS for any damaged or missing packages or any packages delivered to a wrong address. On a case by case basis, Walter Mitty might assist you on your claim by providing information and/or proof of necessary items.
Walter Mitty can not be held responsible for wrong doings by USPS or by stolen packages left at your address.
